The addition and renovation project for Utica Baptist Church is under construction. The project features a new welcoming entrance and vestibule (12,000 sf). Construction will be complete by late spring 2018. Click to see drone footage of the construction.
Each year Blue Ridge Electric hosts an Annual Meeting and the Blue Ridge Fest for over 4, 500 people at each event. RSCT and Trehel Corp. were charged with creating new restroom facilities, a new Operations Center, a new Annual Meeting Building and a new Annual Meeting Annex.

The renovation and replication of these two houses were completed in 2015. These two houses now serve the community as a museum that honors the African American history of Oconee County.
